Novells Legal Practice is regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner under Registration number F200700134.

The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner is an independent public body responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice and act in the best interest of their clients. It is a criminal offence to provide immigration advice if you are not regulated or exempted by the OISC.

We are registered to the highest standard with the OISC and permitted to deal with complex casework, substantive preparation for appeal work and representation before the Immigration Tribunal.

Joint Council for Welfare of Immigrants

We are a member of the Joint Council for Welfare of Immigrants. JCWI is an independent national voluntary organisation, campaigning for justice and combating racism in immigration and asylum law and policy.

Bar Standards Board - Licensed Access

We have been granted \'Licensed Access\' by the Bar Standards Board. This means we are permitted to instruct barristers direct on behalf of clients in order to provide advice in immigration matters.
